RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict return policy. We only accept returns or issue refunds if the item arrives broken, heavily damaged, or entirely unusable. We do not accept returns for a change of mind (with the exception of EU customers, detailed below).
Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)
To be eligible for a return or replacement due to damage, an unboxing video is strictly required. You must provide a clear, continuous video showing the original, unopened package being unsealed, leading up to the discovery of the broken or damaged item. This policy helps us verify that the damage occurred during transit and was not caused after delivery.
To start a return claim, please contact us immediately upon receiving the package via the contact page on our website with your proof of purchase and the unboxing video. If your claim is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is shattered or defective, contact us immediately via our website with your video proof so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Since we only accept returns for items damaged in transit, all other sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) unless they arrive broken. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If your item arrives broken and your unboxing video is verified, we can offer a replacement. Please contact us directly through our website's contact form to arrange for a new item to be sent.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without a justification. To be eligible for an EU return under this specific clause, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your unboxing video and/or received and inspected your physical return. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
